Heart’s Lament

I love you, you know I do

Something tells me I will despite of what we do.

We have a twisted cycle, a crime of passion you can call it,

Each time we fight it, we do more to cause it.

I don’t know how to change it, and I’m not sure I want to,

Cause if changing it means losing you, it’s not something I’m prepared to do.

For some strange reason you make me feel alive,
